Mango truffle is a refreshing dessert consisting of a plain cake, topped with mango pieces, then cream, then we repeat the layers in order, and on top of the mango juice with starch, a delicious recipe with a wonderful orange color.

Ingredients

Plain cake is ready

200g cream cheese

3 mangoes cut into cubes

mango juice cup

starch spoon

cup of whipping cream

How to prepare

First we prepare the cream, put in the whisk a cup of whipping cream and two envelopes of Dream Whip and beat them to fluff, then add the cream cheese and beat well and then leave it aside.

In a pyrex mold, we put at the bottom half of the plain cake mold, and on top of it mango cubes, and on top of them a creamy layer.

Then we put the remaining cake layer on top of them, then mango, then cream and wipe well so that the face becomes smooth and we enter the refrigerator mold.

In a bowl, put a cup of mango juice and a spoon of starch, stir it cold, then boil them over the fire to thicken the texture, then pour them over the mold as a final layer.

We put them in the fridge for an hour. When serving, we decorate the mold with strawberries, cherries or mangoes, according to what is available. In this way and simple steps, we have finished preparing our recipe, health and here.
