 1 yogurt


 40 gr of olive oil


 40 gr of butter


 1tsp salt


 1 tbsp of sugar


 1 egg

 🔸2 egg yolks + 1tbsp soya = for the browning



 🔸dilute the baker's yeast in the milk and the sugar, leave to rise for 10 min. Then add the flour, salt, egg, natural yoghurt, olive oil


 Knead 5 min then add the butter knead again 5 min


 🔸Place your dough in a bowl lightly oiled, cover and let rise for 1 hour
