Chicken and vegetable pie 🥧:



 

Ingredients :

  - 400 grams of chicken breast (fillet)

  - 4 white leeks

  - 1 onion

  - 1 garlic clove

  - 1 can of mushrooms

  - 2 puff pastry

  - Anesthesia cream

  - grated cheese

  - 1 egg yolk

  Sesame seeds (garnish)


  steps:

  Start by slicing the leeks and letting them boil for 15 minutes.

  Once cooked, fry them in a frying pan with a little oil.  Add chopped onions.  Leave it to mature.  Add mushrooms and garlic cloves.  We let her cook everything with caramel.  Add the minced chicken.  Salt and Pepper.  Your stuffing is ready.  Open a scaly page and spread its filling on it.  Then put 4-5 tablespoons of fresh cream on the butter filling.  Then sprinkle with a good handful of Gruyere.  Cover everything with the second dough.  Press the edges with a fork or with your fingers.  Brush the top with egg yolk to turn golden brown after cooking.  Garnish with sesame seeds.  Bake at 170 degrees for 30/40 minutes.  Check out the cooking.  Your pie is ready.  good tasting 💫
