Vimto pomegranate dessert is delicious and fast, which is a layer of cake on top of it a mixture of cream, cream and cheese, and then a layer of vimto and pomegranate, which has a wonderful color.

Ingredients


Swiss roll cake, cut into circles


Nestle cream box


packet whipping powder cream


caramel envelope


6 pieces of kiri cheese


Half a cup of milk


For the pomegranate layer :


vimto drink cup


Half a cup of water


2 tablespoons starch


cup of pomegranate



How to prepare


Arrange the Swiss roll pieces in a Pyrex dish as a first layer.


Then, in a bowl, mix the cream can with the whipping cream, caramel, curry, and half a cup of milk, and whisk them until the ingredients are completely mixed.


Pour the mixture over the cake and flatten its surface, then put them in the refrigerator for two hours until they are firm.


And when we take them out, we distribute the pomegranate seeds on top of the cream and cream mixture.


In a saucepan, put the vimto syrup and half a cup of water with two tablespoons of starch, whisk them cold.


Boil the mixture over the fire with stirring until it thickens, then pour it over the pomegranate layer and put it in the fridge until it freezes until serving.


After the dessert has cooled completely and the layers are firm, it is ready to be served.
