Ingredients :

° Single crust pie dough

° 2 medium sweet potatoes (approximately 1-1/2 pounds), peeled and diced

° 1/three cup soft butter

° 1/2 cup sugar

° 2 large eggs, at room temperature, gently whisked

° 3/4 cup evaporated milk

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

° 1/2 teaspoon floor cinnamon

° 1/2 teaspoon floor nutmeg

° 1/four teaspoon salt
