Ingredients
6 Russett potatoes

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 bay leaves

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

Pinch cayenne pepper

How to make Oven Roasted Large Melting Potatoes:
Step 1: Cut the potatoes into the size you want and place them in a large pot.

Step 2: Pour in enough water, along with the garlic, bay leaves, rosemary, and salt. Stir and place over medium heat until it boils.

Step 3: Let the potatoes boil for 6 minutes, and then drain the potatoes and let them dry. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.

Step 4: Cover the potatoes with the cayenne pepper and oil, and place them on the tray with the foil: the cut side of the potato should be facing down.
Step 5: Bake for 40 minutes. Make sure to check the potatoes’ consistency, the softer and tender the better. When you remove them from the oven, you should serve them immediately.
