🥖 Boursin Cream Chicken Sandwich 🥙

📌Recipe: 🥖x 7
550 gr of T.55 flour
320 gr of lukewarm water
10 g of dry baker's yeast or 20 g of fresh
1tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
30 gr of milk powder
70 gr of olive oil
🔸dilute the baker's yeast in water and the sugar, leave to rise for 10 min. Then add the flour, the milk powder and the salt
Knead 5 min then add the olive oil knead again 5 min
🔸Place your dough in a bowl lightly oiled, cover and let rise for 1 hour
🔸Degazer, Shape balls of 130 gr
🔸Leave to grow again for 30min under a towel
🔸Then bake at 180 degrees 15/20 min (preheat the oven 10 min before)
🔸Put water in a mold or container at the bottom of the oven for cooking
🔺 When removing from the oven, cover your breads with a napkin to have super soft breads, keeping 2/3 days in a closed freezer bag or you can freeze them for other days as well
🔸Marinated chicken cutlet:
500 g of diced chicken cutlet
1tbsp rasel hanout, garlic, paprika, pepper, salt
1tsp cilantro
1tsp parsley
2 tbsp of mustard
Mix everything, leave to marinate then
Leather in a drizzle of olive oil, cover and simmer over medium heat 10 it's ready, stirring occasionally 😋
🔹Boursin sauce:
2 tablespoons of Boursin
2tbsp semi thick liquid cream
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat everything and you will obtain a stockin sauce 😋
