🍘 Cheese Ball’s

 with Tuna and Boursin with white bread


 It tells you cheese balls made from sandwich bread is light and original because in general it is based on potatoes and it is filling whereas there it is replaced by  sandwich bread is just super good stuffed with tuna with some spices and pieces of pepper to spice up the taste and in the heart of a coulant with bursin 🤤and it really makes all the difference it does not retain the oil so it  'is much less fat zero guilt 🥰 parade the images 👀 without further ado here


 🔸The Recipe

 Ingredients: for 10 x🍘

 1 can of tuna (large)

 1/2 bell pepper

 From the bursin

 1 teaspoon of paprika pepper garlic salt coriander

 10 slices of sandwich bread

 Breadcrumbs

 2 eggs

 Oil for cooking


 🔸Mix the tuna 1/2 pepper cut the spices into small pieces and in a bowl mix 3 tbsp of Boursin dilute with 2 tbsp of water to loosen the texture to mix it with the tuna for a smoother preparation then set aside

 🔸Cut the edges of the slices of sandwich breads and dip lightly in a bowl of water, wringing out, compressing the crumb between your hands (see videos and photos)

 then place a spoon of tuna preparation .. place a dab of stock in the center and close again with another spoon of tuna preparation then close your bread using the ends your bread will be pasty and flexible and therefore more malleable.  a baking sheet the time to shape everything then soak in breadcrumbs then in egg then again in breadcrumbs until you have passed the balls then put in the freezer 20 min then preheat your pan oil on high heat place your cheese  ball's and reduce over medium heat, leave golden for 2 min on each side and place on absorbent paper


 🔸 cocktail sauce:

 200gr of mayonnaise

 2tbsp ketchup

 1tsp salt and pepper

 1tsp of Tabasco

 1tbsp vinegar

 🔸 Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve
