🥙Gözleme Minced meat Feta

  Hello my Pastry today, a little stopover direction Turkey 🇹🇷 for its specialty of Gözleme are savory Turkish pancakes tasty and so 🤤 a delight difficult to stop when we start to eat it I will have warned you 🤭🤣

  🔹Ingredient for 14 servings

  600 gr of flour (t45)

  380 gr of lukewarm milk

  20 gr of baker's yeast

  10 gr of sugar

  1tsp salt

  65 gr of soft butter


  🔹 Dissolve the baker's yeast in a bowl of lukewarm milk (380gr) With the sugar to activate the leaven (5 min)

  In your bowl put all the other ingredients flour butter salt mix add the sourdough preparation then knead 6 min in a food processor or about ten minutes by hand🖐

  pick up your dough make balls of about 100 gr

  Brush the top lightly with oil, cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 45 min

  🔹Then degazer lightly flour your work surface to lower each ball finely by forming a circle (see photo) to deposit the stuffing with the feta then close the other side by lightly passing water using a  brush to solder the paste, cut the edges if necessary to have a pretty moon shape 🌙

  🔹Stuffing: 500 gr of minced meat

  1/2 onion

  2 cloves of garlic

  1 bell pepper 🌶

  Spinach

  Feta cheese

  Choice of cheese: Gruyère, melted cheese ...

  Spice: 1tsp sweet pepper paprika pepper salt garlic

  1 tablespoon of tomato paste from the parsley

  A bottom of water

  Brown the pepper onion in a drizzle of oil and a little water

  Then marinate the meat with the spices: I personally put garlic rasel hanout paprika ginger pepper salt parsley.

  Then add the meat to the leather with the pepper onions mix add the spoonful of tomato paste 🍅

  Simmer 5 minutes, it's ready.

  The gozlemes are cooked in a pancake pan over low heat (T.4 / 5) 2 min on each side, once cooked, cover with a tea towel
