 German cheese and leek soup 🇩🇪


 Ingredients :

 - 500g of minced meat

 - 3 leeks

 - 1 onion

 - 1 cube of vegetables

 - 300g of cheese spread (Philadelphia style)

 - 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

 - 1L of water


 Steps :

 Start by slicing the leeks and then boil them in a liter of water for 15 minutes.  Next to it, heat a pan in which you will brown the minced meat.  Mash the meat during cooking to obtain tiny pieces for the soup.

 Once the meat is cooked, add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes.

 At the same time, the leeks were cooked in water.  With a skimmer, remove them from the boiling water and add them to the onion minced meat mixture.  Leave to cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

 Salt and pepper.

 In boiling water, dilute the vegetable cube then add the cooked minced meat alongside.  Stir.  Add a bay leaf.

 Then pour the spoons of crème fraîche and the cheese into the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.

 The soup is ready.  Good tasting 💫
