How to prepare the original Italian pizza


 

the ingredients


 To prepare the dough:


 precise


 4 and a half cups


 yeast


 tablespoon and a half


 lukewarm water - a cup and a quarter


 sugar


 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons


 olive oil


 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons


 To prepare the sauce:


 Vegetable oil


 quarter cup


 garlic


 Fssan mashed


 Onions


 1 ., finely chopped


 tomatoes


 Mashed two cups and a third


 salt


 Half a teaspoon


 black pepper


 as desired


 sugar


 a quarter of a teaspoon


 Mozzarella


 400gm, cut into strips


 Rocca


 leafy quarter cup

How to prepare

 To prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix ¼ cup of water and yeast until the latter dissolves.

 In the bowl of an electric mixer, put the flour, sugar, yeast mixture and salt.

 Turn on the mixer and gradually add the oil until you get a smooth and cohesive dough.

 Turn off the mixer and put the dough in a bowl.  Cover the latter with cling film and leave in a warm corner until the dough doubles in size.

 To prepare the sauce: Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.

 Add onions and garlic.  Stir the mixture until the onions soften.

 Add mashed tomatoes.  Season with sugar, salt and black pepper.

 Turn off the fire.  Leave the mixture to boil for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.

 heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.  Grease an oven tray with a little vegetable oil.

 Spread the pizza dough in the oven tray.  Add the sauce on the face.

 Add mozzarella cheese slices on top of the sauce layer.  Put the tray in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the pizza is done.

 Take the tray out of the oven.  Garnish the face with arugula leaf and serve pizza on your trip.
