Strawberry tart :


 Ingredients :

 Shortbread :

 - 250g of flour

 - 150g of butter

 - 100g of sugar

 - a pinch of salt

 - 1 egg

 Custard :

 - 1 / 2L of milk

 - 100g of sugar

 - 2 egg yolks

 - 50g of flour

 - A pinch of vanilla (pods)

 Sweet whipped cream :

 - 25cl of liquid cream 30% fat

 - Icing sugar

 - Chantifix


 Steps :

 Start by melting the butter.  Then add the sugar to the butter and mix well.  Then add the egg and then the flour with a pinch of salt.  Let the dough rest for an hour in the fridge.  The pastry cream is then prepared.  First mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla, then heat the milk at the same time.  Add the flour to the first mixture, then the milk once boiling, then stir.  Put this preparation in the saucepan or in the heated milk, then mix until you obtain a nice pastry cream.  Book.  Then assemble your homemade whipped cream.  Steps on previous recipes.  Bake your pie crust in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.  Let it cool then add the pastry cream, strawberries and whipped cream.  Good tasting 💫
