Nothing better than to refresh yourself in this summer period with a good milkshake that is at the same time thirst-quenching, tasty and above all gourmet enough to cheer up your spirits with a super quick recipe!

🔸𝓡𝓮𝓬𝓮𝓽𝓽𝓮:
• 480 gr vanilla ice cream
300 gr of milk
1 banana cut and freeze
6 oreo freeze
10 frozen strawberries
• Chantilly cream: 200 gr of very cold liquid 30% mg cream
3 tablespoon of mascarpone, i.e. 150 gr
40 gr of icing sugar
1tsp vanilla flavoring
• For the decoration:
Mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles, strawberries ... Nutella coulis or strawberry jam
To start preparing the whipped cream
Put in your very cold bowl liquid mascarpone cream vanilla flavor icing sugar beat gradually until the whipped cream rises and is well closed see video reserve your bowl in the fridge
milkshakes
🍌banana:
In a blender, place 160gr of vanilla ice cream, a banana, and freeze 100g of cold milk, mix at maximum speed for 30 seconds, prepare a glass for the decoration, I put fillets of Nutella on the sides of the glass (see video) pour the milkshake and set aside in costs
🍓Strawberry:
In a blender, place 160 g of vanilla ice cream the strawberries freeze 100 g of cold milk Blender at Max speed for 30 seconds prepare a glass for the decoration I put strawberry coulis on the sides of the glass let the milkshake run and keep in the fridge
⚫️Oreo:
In a blender, place 160gr of vanilla ice cream, the oreos and freeze 100g of cold milk, mix at maximum speed for 30 seconds, prepare a glass for the decoration, I put pieces of oreo at the bottom of the glass and in the milkshake for more gluttony 😋 let the milkshake run cool
